Preview: Hello and welcome to the Bahrain International circuit as we get ready to cover the Bahrain Grand Prix. This is the fourth round of the championship and Vettel comes in with a three point lead over Raikkonen in the driver standings.
Rosberg was fastest in qualifying yesterday and will lead the front row alongside Vettel. Lining up behind them will be the Ferrari duo of Alonso and Massa, the latter starting on the prime tyres.
Celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, the track mostly comprises of slow and medium speed corners. Most teams will be leaning toward higher levels of downforce in their setups.
Among the dry tyre compounds on offer this weekend, the prime compound will be the orange sidewalled Hard tyre while the option compound will be the white sidewalled Medium tyre.
There will be two DRS zones. One on the pit straight with activation right before the finish line and the other on the backstraight, with activation on the exit of the hairpin.
