An inspired performance from Wayne Rooney allowed Manchester United to earn a midweek Champions League victory over Real Sociedad. Now, the club's search for top form continues heading into a Premier League meeting with Stoke City.
United are hoping Robin van Persie will be ready to return after missing the triumph over Sociedad due to nagging injuries. If the Red Devils are going to rebound from a slow start, they need all of their stars, including the talented striker, to stay healthy.
As for Stoke, the trend of strong defensive play paired with major attacking struggles has continued. The Potters have failed to score in their past three matches, a pair of 1-0 defeats and a scoreless draw. They will try to end the frustrating stretch against United.
Let's take a glance at all of the key information for the Premier League clash, followed by an examination of the top storyline and a match prediction.

El Classico: Real Madrid vs FC Barcelona , Preview, And Live Streaming

From Alfredo di Stefano to Raul, Johan Cruyff to Hristo Stoichkov, El Clasico has seen a star or two in its time, and there will be plenty more on show this weekend.
Arguably world football’s biggest game, Real Madrid and Barcelona brag some of the globe's finest players.
It will be billed as Cristiano Ronaldo vs. Lionel Messi, but in reality there are a number of players that possess the ability to turn a game of this calibre on its head with a simple moment of brilliance.

Real’s rivals, Atletico Madrid, currently sit sandwiched between the two sides in La Liga. Nine games in and Barcelona sit on top with 25 points, with Real three points back in third place.
The Catalan side, who will host this weekend’s game, dropped their first points of the season when they surprisingly drew away to Osasuna on Saturday.

2014-World-Cup-Logo~1.jpg (480×599)
The 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification competition is a series of tournaments organised by the six FIFA confederations. The 2014 World Cup will feature 32 teams, with one place reserved for the hosts, Brazil. The remaining 31 places are determined by a qualification process, in which entrants from among the other 207 teams from the six FIFA confederations will compete.

Most qualifying teams will be determined within these confederations, with a limited number of inter-confederation play-offs occurring at the end of the process. Bhutan, Brunei, Guam and Mauritania did not enter, and South Sudan joined FIFA after the qualification process started and therefore could not take part. The first qualification match, between Montserrat and Belize, was played on 15 June 2011 and the Belizean striker Deon McCaulay scored the first goal in qualification. The originally published schedule would have consisted of 824 qualifying matches, but the withdrawal of the Bahamas and Mauritius means only 816 will be required.
As of 11 October 2013, 14 teams have secured their qualifications and 37 teams remain in contention for 18 remaining qualification place.
